Qualifications

• Comfortable learning dealership software, service procedures, and rental systems.
• Basic automotive knowledge or service experience is a plus.
• Ability to assist with entry-level service tasks, including vehicle check-ins, inspections, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and assist with vehicle check-ins.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections, noting concerns for service advisors.
• Record customer information and service requests accurately in the dealership system.
• Assist service advisors with scheduling, follow-ups, and communication with customers.
• Support technicians with minor vehicle preparation tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, basic service updates, and rental arrangements.
• Learn and adhere to dealership service procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
