Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Temecula is hiring a Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and other quick-service tasks. The role reports to the service manager and offers ongoing training and career growth within a large dealership group.

Requirements include 1+ years of express lube experience, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to operate and inspect a variety of vehicles. A valid driver’s license is required for this position in California.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat.
• Operate different cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil & filters, tire rotations.
• Perform express tire and alignment services.
• Perform manufacturer-required pre-delivery inspections.
• Check fluid levels, tire pressure, battery charge, and vehicle systems.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair order recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• You’ll report to the service manager and receive ongoing training for career growth.
