Job summary

Antwerpen VW in Pasadena, MD is seeking an Automotive Express Lube Technician to join our service team. This role focuses on quick diagnostics, vehicle inspections, tire checks, and routine maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work with power tools and hand tools, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a fast-paced dealership environment. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• One year in a service department.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly.
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and complete vehicle inspection.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Repair or replace worn parts as advised.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
