Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order following dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and attend factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
