Qualifications

• Previous lube technician, automotive maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Check and maintain fluid levels, filters, tire pressure, and battery condition.
• Ensure all services are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate service recommendations to advisors as needed.
• Follow manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
• Assist senior technicians while developing advanced automotive skills.
