Antwerpen VW in Pasadena, MD is seeking an Automotive Express Lube Technician to inspect, test, and service vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and work with a team in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automobiles and fast diagnostic abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications.
• At least 1 year in a service department.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly.
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and complete vehicle inspection.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Repair or replace worn parts as advised.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
