Crown Automotive Group is actively hiring Express Lube Techs with tire and lube experience to join our growing service department. We offer tool purchase plans, signing bonuses or relocation reimbursements for qualified technicians, and many options for career progression.

We provide low-cost comprehensive health benefits, PTO up to 24 days per year, and opportunities to advance to Service Technician roles through paid factory training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience in tire and lube is required.
• Experience with major tire/lube chains is a plus.
• Strong commitment to learning and professional growth.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Perform express lube and basic automotive services.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
