Job summary

Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to join the Express Lube Team. This full-time union role requires no tools and offers flat rate pay with the potential to earn more than the hours worked.

Benefits include 401K, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off after probation, paid holidays, and employee discounts. Shifts are rotating 4–10 hours with 5 consecutive days off every 3 weeks; dealership hours are 7 am–6 pm, Monday–Saturday, closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude required.
• Basic computer skills needed for service documentation.
• Technical automotive training or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs, document repairs.
• Execute oil changes and lubrication work with Express Lane goals.
• Communicate with Service Advisor if additional repairs are needed or times can't be met.
• Inspect and test-drive new vehicles to verify function of features.
• Install accessories on new vehicles per dealer specifications.
• Work with skilled technicians to learn quality maintenance and repair practices.
