Columbus Motor Company in Nebraska is seeking a Full-time Express Lube Technician to join our winning team, offering hands-on training and a path to advancement.

You will perform inspections, fluid checks, tire service, and pre-delivery tasks, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts. No prior experience required beyond a valid driver’s license; we will teach you the trade.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience as a lube technician is preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection.
• Recommends services based on inspection findings.
• Inspects fluid levels.
• Checks tire air pressure and replaces tires as needed.
• Performs 4-wheel alignment on Hunter equipment.
• Executes fluid flushes as needed.
• Completes pre-delivery inspections on new cars; replaces oil and air filters.
