Job summary

FedEx Ground in Carencro, LA is seeking a FedEx Express Delivery Driver to pick up vehicles, deliver packages on fixed routes, scan shipments, and maintain logs. You will operate safely and deliver outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications include 21+ years, legal work eligibility in the US, a high school diploma or GED, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a drug test and DOT medical exam. Benefits and opportunities vary by location.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old or older.
• Legal to work in the US.
• 1 year of verifiable driving in the last 3 years or 3 years in last 10.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Able to pass Drug Test and DOT Medical/Physical Exam.
• Background check may be required.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Experience at Amazon/UPS/FedEx/DHL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at FedEx Terminal to pick up vehicle and deliver packages on fixed routes.
• Scan and load packages.
• Load, unload, inspect and operate delivery vehicle safely.
• Maintain delivery logs and records.
• Establish and maintain customer relations.
