Job summary

Sunset Chevrolet Buick GMC in Sarasota, FL, is seeking an experienced Express Service Technician to join our high-volume service department. You will perform routine maintenance with speed, accuracy, and quality, contributing immediately to our team.

We offer company-paid GM training and a clear path to advancement into a Certified GM Technician role, with strong flat-rate income potential and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as Express/Lube/Maintenance/Tire Technician required.
• GM experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced flat-rate environment.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
• Perform fluid exchanges, battery replacements, filter replacements, wiper blade installation, and other scheduled maintenance services.
• Accurately document inspection results and technician recommendations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced, flat-rate environment.
• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and professional.
