Germain Subaru is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician – Will Train to join our Express Service team in Columbus, OH. No experience is required as we provide the training to develop your skills toward Subaru-certified service.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Able to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings.
• Replace wear items and assist senior technicians.
• Support service advisers to keep vehicles moving.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete training.
