Job summary

Mills Automotive Group is hiring a Lube Mechanic / Quick Lube or Prep Technician at Classic Ford of Columbia. The role offers up to $20.00 per hour with day-one incentives and benefits. Ideal candidates have a basic automotive background and will receive training; dealership experience is not required.

You will perform maintenance, oil/filter services, tire work, battery tests, and inspections while documenting results in the dealer system. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training.
• Must have basic automotive background and adequate tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic maintenance and filter services on Ford/ Lincoln vehicles.
• Oil and filter services.
• Tire rotations, balancing, replacements and repairs.
• Battery testing and replacement.
• Inspect vehicles using multi-point inspections and tools.
• Document completed work and follow up needs in the system.
• Complete manufacturer training as required.
