Job summary

Morristown Chevrolet, a Hudson Automotive Company, is seeking motivated Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a high-volume service team. Start with a guaranteed weekly minimum with opportunities to grow earnings as productivity increases.

Training, tool assistance, and a defined career path are provided to advance from Express to higher-level technician positions. The role offers a 5-day work week, PTO accrual from day one, and a benefits package supporting professional development

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge.
• Desire to learn and advance into higher-level technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services.
• Complete vehicle safety and multi-point inspections.
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids.
• Check tire condition and adjust tire pressure as needed.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Follow Chevrolet and dealership repair and quality standards.
• Communicate with the Parts Department when parts are needed.
• Accurately document completed work on repair orders.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and development programs.
• Protect customer vehicles while performing services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership and applicable workplace safety procedures.
