Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive service fundamentals.
• Professional work ethic and good judgement.
• Experience with automotive tools and shop equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn knowledge of automotive systems and be able to explain repairs to others.
• Estimate time of service or repairs for efficient scheduling.
• Identify parts requirements and communicate them via repair orders.
• Follow approved procedures for service and repairs.
• Adhere to quality control and inspection requirements of the Service Department.
