Job summary

McDonald Mazda South in Littleton, CO, is looking for an Express Technician to join our Mazda South team. This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, mechanical and diagnostic skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills; able to operate diagnostic tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently per dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional needed services.
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs.
