Job summary

Performance Toyota Fairfield seeks an Express Lube Technician. The role covers essential maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, mounting/balancing, brake work, coolant flushes, belts, sway bar links, shocks, and struts.

This is not an entry-level position and requires solid shop experience and teamwork. We offer a competitive annual salary, a choice of flat rate or hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including time off, retirement, medical, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of practical experience preferred.
• 1-2 ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
• Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
• Driver's license required to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lubrications, oil changes, maintenance and tire services.
• Repair and replacement of brakes, engine coolant, belts, sway bar links, shocks and struts.
• Communicate needed repairs clearly to Service Advisor.
• Maintain professional appearance and work ethic; mentor others when needed.
• Participate in progressive training and keep the shop clean and safe.
