Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to maintain vehicles according to dealer and factory standards and to build customer loyalty by delivering reliable, safe service. You will document work, coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with factory Bulletins.

Entry level Technicians are paid $20.00 per hour, with strong benefits, paid training, and opportunities to advance into Service, Sales, Management, Regional and Executive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
