Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification or technical degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in a service department is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test systems and components to ensure security and proper operation.
• Isolate failed systems or components causing issues.
• Drive vehicle for testing and check/refill fluids.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter; communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Repair or replace worn parts before breakdown.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools to perform tasks.
