Subaru South Tampa in Tampa, FL is hiring Express Lube Technicians for full-time and part-time roles. You will perform routine maintenance and learn from experienced technicians in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Entry-level automotive experience welcome, but not required.
• Good work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Team-oriented with customer service focus.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, battery testing, and other routine maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Adhere to warranty, safety, environmental, and company policies.
