JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. seeks an Export Specialist to manage export documentation and coordination for air and ocean shipments. You will work with customers, agents and authorities to ensure compliant, timely execution of export activities and provide problem-solving support.
The role requires at least 3 years of export experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of US customs procedures. Travel may be required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.The role of the Export Specialist is to facilitate the movement of products/equipment/ materials out of the country, via ocean and air freight, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, and to comply with relevant local, country and international laws and processes. In addition, this role provides customer service with regard to bookings, rates, document production, accounting, agent interaction and problem solving.

For this position, the hourly pay range is $27 - $31.25/HR, depending on qualifications and experience. This range represents the full compensation potential for this role, and the specific compensation offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors such as skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
