Export Supply Operations, driving Lean improvements, coordinating exports, and developing reports to enhance efficiency and resilience across teams in France and the U.S. The role requires engineering or master's in a related field, strong Lean and Six Sigma skills, and fluency in English. Qualifications

Engineering or master's degree in industrial engineering, production management, or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, A3, PDCA, Six Sigma.
Experience improving operational activities through Lean and flow optimization.
Knowledge of export operations is a plus.
Proficient with Excel, Power BI, and AI tools; SAP a plus.
Fluent in English and able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in the activities of the U.S. Export Supply Operations teams, including Export Coordination and Replenishment Planning.
Perform and optimize operational tasks related to Export Coordination and/or Replenishment Planning.
Identify continuous improvement projects that strengthen operational resilience and eliminate non-value-added tasks.
Implement identified projects in order of priority.
Develop reports and management tools that improve visibility into and control of operational activities.
Document processes and confirm that teams understand and consistently apply them.
Measure and communicate the results achieved.
