Job summary

Serco seeks an Export Compliance Specialist (Mid) to support the F-35 Joint Program Office mission for a DoD customer. You will coordinate across government and contractor teams to ensure export controls compliance on international program activities.

The role requires US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of related experience, and the ability to obtain Secret and Top Secret clearances. On-site work in Arlington, VA, with some travel.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree required; experience in export compliance preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant export compliance or DoD program support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret/Top Secret clearances.
• On-site work in Arlington, Virginia, with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Support export compliance reviews, documentation, tracking, and coordination for international program activities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export compliance records and approval packages.
• Coordinate with government and contractor personnel to support export compliance actions.
• Monitor compliance requirements, action items, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in meetings, briefings, and data calls related to export compliance and international security.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure compliant processes.
• Prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, metrics, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Maintain sensitive records in line with security requirements.
