Job summary

Aperio Global is seeking Exploitation Analysts to support our Fort Meade, MD team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth exploitation and analysis of information from various sources, contributing to our intelligence gathering efforts and helping clients make informed decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a current TS/SCI with Polygraph. Level depends on experience (2–11+ years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Networking, Systems, Information Technology or related field.
• 18 semester hours of military networking/cyber coursework may replace an associate degree.
• Level varies by years of relevant work experience; combinations may be considered.
• Relevant experience in computer or information systems design, development or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed.
• Collaborates with a team to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
• Applies innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
• Distills, documents, contextualizes, and shares findings—including any new tradecraft that you develop—with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
