Exploitation Analyst
Location: Fort Meade, MD | Onsite
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $241,000-$258,000
What You'll Do
- Apply your deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed
- Work with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
- Form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
- Distill, document, contextualize, and share findings—including any new tradecraft you develop—with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
What You Bring
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 7 years applicable experience with a PhD, or 9 years with a master’s degree, or 11 years with a bachelor’s degree, or 13 years with an associate’s degree
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Strong knowledge of computer or information systems design, development, or analysis—including hardware/software engineering, programming, network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, assurance, and systems or network administration
- Might include military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (counts 6 months of experience)
- Foreign language proficiency if applicable (ILR scores required)
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
- Experience supporting government or DOD programs
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services

- AA + 7 years
- B.A. + 5 years
- Masters + 3 years
- PhD + 2 years
Level 3:
- 12 years experience (no degree)
- AA + 10 years
- B.A. + 8 years
- Masters + 6 years
- PhD + 4 years
Compensation & Benefits
The projected salary range for this position is $241,000-$258,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
