Responsibilities

Peraton's Cyber Mission in Annapolis Junction, MD supplies the Intel community with mission essential Next Generation SIGINT Analysts and Cyber professionals that support and defend our nation's security. Be a part of a team of SIGINT, Intelligence, and Cyber professionals delivering leading cybersecurity solutions. Peraton provides unique intelligence, analytics, and data management solutions to address complex challenges.

We are seeking Next Generation Exploitation Analysts (EA3s + EA4s) to support our mission of defending and protecting national security.

Responsibilities may include:
  1. Applying understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments during execution.
  2. Collaborating to identify access and collection gaps for cyber collection and preparation activities.
  3. Leveraging authorized resources and analytic techniques to penetrate targeted networks.
  4. Assessing data for new or continued opportunities.
  5. Communicating complex concepts confidently and clearly.
  6. Creating strategies to develop and maintain access, conduct remote exploitation, and provide technical assistance.
  7. Analyzing intelligence data, technical information, and exploitation opportunities.
  8. Synthesizing large data sets into high-quality, fused targeting and intelligence products.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years' experience with an associate's degree OR 8 years' experience with a bachelor's degree OR 6 years' experience with a master's degree OR 4 years' experience with a PhD.
  • Experience in computer or information systems design, development, or analysis, including hardware/software engineering, programming, security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, or systems administration.
  • Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT, or related fields; military training/coursework in networking/cyber topics may substitute.
  • Military training such as JCAC may be considered towards experience requirements.
  • Foreign language proficiency and DLPT scores may be relevant.
  • Active TS SCI security clearance with current polygraph required.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Cybersecurity industry certifications (e.g., GCIA, PenTest+, OSCP, CCIE) are a plus.
