Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, framing, finish work, or related trade.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, framing, and cabinetry.
• Inspect and repair damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
• Select and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for each task.
