Qualifications

• 0-1 years RN experience required; 1-3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessments are performed accurately and timely.
• Develops a prioritized holistic plan of care based on assessment and outcomes.
• Safely implements the plan of care for patients, directly or by delegation.
• Evaluates the patient plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Communicates effectively in writing and orally with patients/families and health team members.
• Promotes professional practice of nursing team.
