Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced special education teachers to assist training a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Candidates should have 5+ years of writing and reviewing IEPs, with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Flexible, remote, part-time engagement (about 5–20 hours per week or more). Compensation is $90/hour. Start ASAP.

• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance narratives, 504 plans, accommodation and modification tables, behavior intervention plans, and progress-monitoring trackers.
• Write and review IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation for AI model training tasks.
• Develop and refine AI-assisted documents and slide decks to support professional documentation workflows.
