Ethos is building an expert network that connects investment professionals with investors for paid advisory opportunities. We are seeking fund managers with 3+ years at hedge funds or asset managers to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks.

The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated investment decks and memos across multiple workflows. Flexible, remote, 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Proven track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Exceptional PowerPoint slide craftsmanship and strong written communication.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (investment pitch decks, one-pagers, portfolio reviews, thesis memos).
• Prepare and polish materials for investment teams and LP communications.
• Ensure high-quality slides with clear, concise messaging and accurate data.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced fund managers from hedge funds and asset managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for fund managers with 3+ years at a hedge fund, long-only manager, or multi-strategy platform to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP letter materials.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
