Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A analysts to help train their AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will build and refine AI-generated slide decks, monthly reports, and scenario analyses in collaboration with a leading AI lab.

This fully remote, flexible role offers about 5-20 hours per week (more if desired) at $70 per hour with an ASAP start. Prior FP&A and expert PowerPoint skills are essential for crafting high-quality decks behind the numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong writing and detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop monthly reporting slides and bridge/waterfall charts.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and business analyses.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced FP&A analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for analysts with 3+ years in FP&A or business finance building the decks behind the numbers to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly reporting slides, bridge and waterfall charts, headcount and opex exhibits, scenario analysis pages, and commentary drafting for finance reviews.
