This flexible, remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with start ASAP, compensating at $100/hour for expert-level document craftsmanship and precise contract work.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced corporate counsel who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for corporate counsel with 4+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor‑agreement review, negotiation position summaries, and obligation and renewal trackers.
