Lilly recently announced a $4.5 billion investment to create the Lilly Medicine Foundry, a new center for advanced manufacturing and drug development. The first‑ever facility of its kind, combining research and manufacturing in a single location, the Medicine Foundry will allow Lilly to further develop innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and increase capacity for clinical trial medicines, while also reducing costs and environmental impact.
The Expert Maintenance Electrician is a skilled maintenance position responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical equipment, controls, and utility systems across the Lilly Medicine Foundry. This role supports areas site‑wide, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. As an experienced member of the electrical team, this individual also provides training and technical guidance to team members, helping build electrical expertise across the site.
This role is for The Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN. Tasks require entering manufacturing areas which require wearing appropriate PPE. May be required to provide support outside of normal working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $21.63 - $42.31 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
