Job summary

Optiveum is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM) for a banking client in Poland. The role focuses on onboarding and cleaning up access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ, working with Business and IT stakeholders.

Strong IAM experience and English proficiency required; hybrid work with office days in Gdańsk and some remote work possible. You will review access, analyze security data, coordinate with application managers and RACF/mainframe

Qualifications

Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM) We are currently looking for an Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM) to join the team of our client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us. You will join an ongoing Identity & Access Management project that is part of a larger IAM program. The role centres on onboarding and cleaning up access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ, working closely with stakeholders from both Business and IT.

Key Details:

• Rate: Up to 141 PLN / hour
• Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week at the Gdańsk office preferred; remote work can be considered
• Location: Gdańsk: remote is also possible
• Start: As soon as possible

Задачи:

Access review and analysis Review and analyze application security and user access management. Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary user permissions. Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements.

Stakeholder coordination Engage and facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather the information needed for appropriate actions. Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders. Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations. Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ and the cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts.

Project support and change management Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities. Help prioritize efforts and manage scope changes. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Требования:

A bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field. Proven experience as an Identity/Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Substantial experience managing access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ. Good understanding of business applications, IT processes and Identity & Access Management. Experience with access reviews, access data analysis and risk assessment. Familiarity with RACF / mainframe security. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to both support and challenge stakeholders. A self-driven, collaborative mindset. Advanced English.
