You will steer the technical strategy, grow a high-performing team, and deliver scalable infrastructure enabling teams to run rigorous experiments at scale across billions of users. You will work at the intersection of data, product, and experimentation, shaping the culture of experimentation at Apple while delivering customer‑facing improvements in features,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a technical engineering leader.
• Led teams that built and scaled experimentation or A/B testing platforms.
• Deep understanding of the statistical foundations of experimentation.
• Strong track record translating ambiguous, long-horizon problems into concrete engineering plans.
• Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to align stakeholders on shared infrastructure.
• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
