Job summary

Empower is seeking an Experimentation Analyst to shape experimentation strategy and lead high-impact analytical initiatives that support growth objectives. The Experimentation Analyst will shape experimentation strategy and lead high-impact analytical initiatives that support business and growth objectives. As a lead individual contributor, this role will apply deep technical expertise, advanced analytical techniques, and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems, influence decision-making, and drive outcomes across teams.

What you will do

• Independently design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies.
• Analyze large and complex datasets toidentifydrivers of customer behavior and performance.
• Independently analyzes Empower data toidentifyand summarize customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact.
• Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support businessobjectives.
• Contribute to improvements in experimentation practices and tools.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or optimization.
• Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages.
• Experience supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems.

Base Salary Range

$83,400.00 - $117,750.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
