The Learning Experience in Gilbert, AZ seeks an Experienced Infant Ones Twos and Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a positive, engaging classroom where children learn, play, and grow, guided by our LEAP Curriculum and a family-centered approach.

We welcome a caring, creative educator with a passion for preschool to help children thrive academically and emotionally in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to boost enrollment and center engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
