Job summary

Sacramento Kings is seeking a Partnership Activation Intern to assist the Global Partnerships team in activating sponsors during in-season events and home games. The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and hands-on execution, with opportunities to work across hospitality, assets, and reporting.

The internship is part-time and on-site in Sacramento, with a 25-hour weekly expectation and a commitment through the 2026-27 season.

Qualifications

• Interest in sponsorship, partnership activation, or experiential marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and anticipate projects.
• Strong interpersonal communication and service orientation; teamwork focused.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated partnership activations at home games and events.
• Assist with game night activation, sponsor hospitality, on-site execution, and fulfillment of assets.
• Manage partnership asset tracking across digital content, social, LED signage, and inventory.
• Develop mid-season and end-of-season recap presentations with campaign metrics and assets.
• Create and maintain planning documents, activation timelines, onboarding materials, and calendars.
• Coordinate merchandise inventory, gifting logistics, and branded assets with organized tracking.
