Job summary

Procore seeks an Events Marketing Manager to own live events and experiential activations, focusing on trade shows and owned Procore experiences. You will build scalable processes, plan strategically, and create memorable attendee experiences while leveraging event tech.

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Global Events, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and sales. This role requires hands-on project management, budget control, and post-event ROI analysis.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex trade shows; B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • A process-oriented operator who cares deeply about consistency, scale, and outcomes - not just execution.
  • Hands-on experience working with event technology tools, ideally Cvent/icapture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of tier 1 corporate trade shows and owned event experiences, partnering with multiple marketing stakeholders.
  • Build, document, and refine repeatable event management processes to scale operations.
  • Manage end-to-end event communications, landing page creation, and attendee journeys leveraging core marketing technology tools.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, sales and enablement teams to set up pre-event email campaigns and track registrations.
  • Articulate brand vision to internal teams and third-party vendors; handle contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee comprehensive budget development, forecasting, and final reconciliation; manage event collateral inventory.
  • Proactively manage timelines and compile weekly event reports; conduct post-event evaluations to assess ROI and gather feedback.
