Crossmark Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Experiential Account Manager to lead client partnerships and drive the development and execution of impactful experiential marketing programs.

As the primary client partner, you will oversee strategic planning, creative development, and timely delivery, mentor Account Executives, manage budgets and timelines, and present compelling concepts to clients to grow revenue for the agency.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing agency experience with revenue growth.
  • Experience in experiential and/or event marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while aligning clients and teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Are you a strategic, client-focused marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment? We’re looking for an Experiential Account Manager to serve as the primary client partner and lead the development and execution of impactful marketing programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships at the management level

QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring

  • Experience in experiential and/or event marketing (a strong plus)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping clients and teams aligned

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Additional Details
  • Up to 20% travel may be required

  • Walking, Bending, stooping, kneeling and lifting typically up to 25lbs

  • Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
