Job summary

Circadia in Kansas is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to plan and deliver interior design solutions for workplace projects from concept through installation. You will collaborate with sales, project management, clinicians, architects, and vendors to create functional, code-compliant, brand-aligned spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional interior design experience, focused on commercial/workplace projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CET Designer, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of codes, ADA, and evidence-based design practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop furniture layouts, specifications, finishes, and coordinated documentation for order entry and installation.
• Specify furniture, seating, systems, and architectural products; prepare accurate specifications and pricing with sales.
• Ensure designs meet codes, ADA, and life-safety requirements.
• Produce client presentations, renderings, and 2D visuals using Circadia templates to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clinicians, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Provide support with post-occupancy evaluations, follow-up orders, and reconfigurations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace trends and product innovations.
