Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Experienced Window Cleaner in Fort Wayne, IN. The role pays $20.00 per hour and focuses on meeting with clients to scope, estimate, and manage window cleaning projects, then delivering high-quality results on schedule.

The position requires at least 3 years of window cleaning experience, excellent client service, and the ability to work well in a team or independently. A valid driver’s license and a clean background are also required.

Qualifications

• 3 years window cleaning experience.
• Good client/customer service skills.
• Familiarity with proper window cleaning procedures in various settings.
• Ability to work effectively with a team or alone.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to scope, estimate and manage window cleaning projects in a timely manner.
• Complete projects successfully and on time.
• Provide continual feedback and communication to team members.
• Perform cleaning services of exterior and interior windows for residential & commercial buildings.
