Job summary

Source Engineering in Washington is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to weld and fabricate stainless steel, aluminum, and steel components per project drawings and specifications. This role may include on-site or field welding to meet project needs.

Hours are Mon – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm, with overtime on Fridays if required. Wage ranges from $25 to $35 per hour DOE, reflecting experience and performance on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding with strong understanding of structural properties and welding symbols.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and operating shop tools such as press brake, shear, ironworker, and mill.
• Capable of performing equipment installation, rigging, and machinery setup both in-shop and on-site.
• Demonstrates urgency, self-motivation, and the ability to follow instructions and work in challenging conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Represents Source Engineering professionally on and off site.

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator responsible for welding and fabricating stainless steel, aluminum, and steel components for a variety of projects and equipment. This role involves interpreting and building to project drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout. The position may also include performing on-site or field welding and fabrication work as required by project needs.

HOURS:

Mon – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm, Friday is OT if required

Wage:

$25-$35 per hour DOE
