Treehouse Animal Clinic in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician to join a four-doctor practice. You will collaborate with veterinarians and staff during exams, treatments, and procedures, and help care for patients with a focus on comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance (timely/early to shifts)
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays (8:40am–1:00pm)
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassion, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Safely handle and care for patients, including administering medications and vaccines
• Collect and process laboratory samples and maintain accurate medical records
• Monitor patients and advocate for their comfort and well-being
• Educate clients with clear, compassionate communication about their pet’s care
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
