O’Meara GMC is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair used vehicles across multiple makes. You will ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Used Vehicle Technician
• Expert knowledge of modern automotive systems, diagnosis, and repair
• Strong mechanical and problem solving skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle inspections, including interior and exterior components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle performance
• Repair and replace vehicle parts and systems such as brakes, suspension, and transmission
• Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid exchanges
• Follow safety and quality protocols
• Maintain cleanliness of service area and follow all related safety and environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
