Ideal candidates can make sound decisions quickly and confidently, demonstrate discipline, calm competitiveness, and a solid track record of results. A high comfort level with technology and computer usage is essential for using leading‑edge technologies and real‑time trade execution.

Requirements

• Experience: At least two years of active trading with a proven track record.
• Income: $500K+ in verifiable 1099/K1 income.
• Regulatory: No FINRA or other regulatory issues.
• Location: Austin, Texas.
• Market: U.S. equity markets.
• Compensation: Performance‑based; there is no base salary.
• Capital: Trades will be fully backed with 100% firm capital.
