Job summary

ALCAL SPECIALTY CONTRACTING, INC. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced insulation installer to support on-site insulation projects.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a wage scale of $22.00 – $33.00 per hour and requires extensive travel to multiple job sites (up to 75%). The role includes ensuring materials and equipment are ready, loading/unloading at sites, installing insulation per specifications, verifying work accuracy, and tracking materials and time for each job.

Responsibilities

• Assures there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on truck to adequately complete the insulation job.
• Drives to and from the job site and unloads insulation materials at the job site.
• Installs insulation in accordance with company standards as well as manufacturer’s printed label regarding thickness and density.
• Checks work for errors and corrects them if necessary.
• Accounts for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.
