Job summary

Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join our patient care team. You will assess physical, social, and psychological needs, plan individualized care, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and implement care with evidence-based practice and timely documentation.

The position requires current RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and BSN within four years. New grads are not accepted; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and delegate tasks.
• Evaluate: Review patient outcomes and adjust care plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintain ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
