Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving experience, preferably in passenger transport or a related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges in a patient and respectful manner.
• Strong punctuality, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused attitude.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations in a timely manner
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing in the vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to real-time changes
• Communicate professionally and courteously with passengers, families, and dispatch
• Complete trip logs, mileage reports, and other required documentation accurately
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
