Starling Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated Tire & Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to punch a clock and perform basic maintenance. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works with urgency, wants to learn, and has the mechanical ability to grow into a highly skilled Ford technician.

At Starling Ford, this position can be the starting point for a long-term career in the automotive industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and tire-related services, including:

• Tire mounting, balancing and rotations
• Wheel alignments
• Brake inspections and repairs
• Oil and filter services
• Fluid services and maintenance
• Battery testing and replacement
• Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Suspension and steering inspections
• Basic mechanical repairs
• Following Ford repair procedures and recommended service practices
• Performing quality work and helping us maintain our Fix It Right the First Time standard

We're especially interested in technicians who can mount and balance tires, perform alignments, diagnose basic mechanical concerns, and handle light repair work independently.
